Applications Integrator - This position provides primary support and administration for the firm’s Document Management System (iManage). Perform all duties necessary to support, configure, customize and document software applications throughout the firm.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for administering the firm’s iManage Document Management System (iManage) and integrated software products.
Assist with the management, design, implementation, integration, maintenance, support, testing, and troubleshooting of all enterprise applications including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ), Accuroute; Adobe Acrobat; PDFDocs; CompareDocs; Payne Numbering Assistant; Metadata Assistant; BestAuthority.
Provide advanced administration and technical support for department-specific applications (Litigation, Estates, Real Estate, etc.) or other firm wide applications as assigned.
Monitor assigned applications to stay aware of updates, releases, and issues.
Create and maintain documentation for selected applications and procedures.
Mentor peer resources to ensure appropriate coverage in the support of business-critical systems and applications.
Coordinate with Desktop team for deployment strategy and applying configurations and customizations
Resolve iManage user support tickets, escalations, and production issues with quick turnaround time
Test and certify new applications and application changes to confirm that they meet the firm’s technology standards and do not conflict with existing applications or services. Coordinate with Citrix Team for 1st phase testing environment.
Skills Required:

Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
Strong iManage skills, including both Desksite, Filesite, Workspace generator, CLLoad, Link2DMS and other Management tools to facilitate importing and exporting content.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
Strong troubleshooting skills a must.
Knowledge of iManage integrations with Microsoft Office 2010 and 2016
Experience with iManage Cloud a plus.
Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience required, preferably working for a law firm.
Ability to work under pressure and on multiple concurrent projects.
Must be able to work nights and weekends when necessary, including off-hour support.
Must be able to provide your own transportation and be willing to travel between Firm offices and stay overnight when necessary
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
