Facilitate all training programs for all employees in the Reimbursement centers.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

Delivers all training to new hires in the reimbursement centers on job responsibilities, company policies and company programs.

Customizes ad hoc training programs based on schedule and availability of employees. (i.e. classroom, one-on-one, on the job training)

Maintains and updates all training materials as processes or procedures are updated.

Conducts audits and prescribes best training approach based on results and needs of the location.

Analyzes and evaluates training requirements to ensure proper training objectives are met.

Identifies training issues and opportunities for enhancement and development.

Provides feedback to management regarding training effectiveness and suggestions for change.

Track training assignments and attendance and provide reports to management.

Consults with instructional designers when new training needs to be designed.

Partners with trainers from other centers to ensure consistency.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? (i.e. hiring, recommending/approving promotions and pay increases, scheduling, performance reviews, discipline, etc.) No

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

4 – 5 years of healthcare intake/admissions and/or reimbursement experience

At least 2 years of experience using medical reimbursement software (such as Brightree, CPR+, Dezine, Day Tech)

2 – 3 years of experience facilitating training programs including one-on-one and classroom.

Basic Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient presentation and training skills, and problem solving skills.

Passionate about helping others learn.

Must be able to work autonomously while remaining focused on core initiatives.

Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel, intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word, and advanced level skill in Microsoft Power Point.

Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)

Bachelor’s Degree
Previous Infusion Reimbursement, Intake/Admissions experience

Knowledge of training and development, including principles of adult learning, training, organizational methodology and assessment techniques.
